How are additional DPPs billed?
Beyond the included volume, pricing is €0.05 per DPP on Starter, €0.03 on Business and volume-based on Enterprise.
Are passport updates included?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly volume of writes and updates.
Are ecommerce integrations and customisation included?
Starter uses JSON and a standard model. Business adds a customisable model and XML, CSV, JSON and ecommerce plugins. Specific integrations belong to Enterprise.
Does Keyban provide regulatory DPP data?
The customer provides and guarantees accurate product data in a format compatible with applicable requirements. Keyban activates it through the active product passport.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing equals eleven monthly payments; the twelfth month is free.
